question about charting and being sick...........

question: I have had the flu since monday, and so i havent' been able to temp consistantly because either I have had a fever, or didn't sleep a night, etc. I do Fertility friend, and the days that i have temped, i have entered in the chart, as well as my CM and CBEFM results. So is this good enough, or should I still be temping every morning, and then checking off the "discard" button when i enter my info daily? I'm a little confused............

When Im sick, I still take my temperature at the regular time and discard the temp. I woud still keep taking your information so that you know why your chart looks the way it does. Looking back at my chart when I see a high dot... I go to that day and see why it was so high. If you look back at your chart to analyze at the end of the month or whatever you tend to forget why you have missing temps. Good luck!!

And yes, this month the cbefm has been high for 6 days now, but I had a change in cm today, almost like ewcm, so I am thinking in the next few days I'll see a peak! Fingers crossed. Let me say though, bd'ing with the flu is rough lol
