EBF moms at 9-10 months

DD is almost 10 months old. I nurse her in the morning and at night. She gets 2 6oz bottles of defrosted BM during the day in addition to her meals. I am still pumping once a day at work, and it's not really worth it at this point..I am lucky to get 2 ounces!

Are any of you still pumping? I still want to freeze some, because I am getting nervous about making it to 12 months. I think I just might make it to 12 months with what I have frozen.

How are all of you doing with BF at this point?

I also get very little when I pump now so I haven't even bothered in quite some time now!

He is still nursing 6-8 times a day now!

Re: EBF moms at 9-10 months

My supply really tanked at 9.5 months. I went through virtually all of my freezer stash after that. I was really worried I wouldn't make it to a year. For the past month, I've had 1-2 bags of BM in the freezer. I'd wake up really early to pump and started pumping twice per day on the weekend. I also took More Milk Plus from time to time to get a boost. I've been able to make it to a year, but it has been tough. Good luck! Chat Icon

Yes, I'm home with him for now! But I was trying to have a freezer stash just in case I found a job, so thats why I was pumping.

9 months and still pumping here! I get 4.5oz in 3 pumping sessions, that's all. That's enough for 1 bottle -I need double that to make it through the day, so I have been using 1 frozen bag a day for about 3 weeks now - I am getting very low on my frozen stuff. I know that unfortunately, I am def not making it to the 1 yr markChat Icon . I was going to start some formula this weekend b/c I have a feeling that the transition might be a little difficult, but DD is sick-so maybe next weekend I will give it a shot (although I don't want to at all!)

Here's a question...if I stop pumping during the day during the weeks, will it affect my supply if I want to nurse DD during the day on the weekends?
