Charting Help - Which temp should I use?
So, I fell asleep last night after drinking a big glass of milk ... forgetting that if I don't make sure I pee right before I go to bed, I can't make it though the whole night without waking up to pee!
I usually wake up at 8:30 to temp.
I woke up at 6:00 this morning, and tried to force myself to wait and fall back asleep but I really just couldn't!!
At 6:30 I gave in, took my temp and RAN to the bathroom! My temp was 97.58.
No problems falling back asleep after that!
I set my alarm for 10:00 so I could temp again after sleeping a bit ... I figured that 8am would be too soon to get an accurate temp since I was up and out of bed not long before.
At 10:00 my temp was 97.70.
FF's website has a temp corrector where you can put in the time you regularly wake up & 2 temps with their time. It gives me an adjusted temp of 97.65.
Which temp would you use????

I would use 97.6 - it doesn't seem as if you're ovulating so I don't think it's that big a deal.
