Working out?
I work out once a week with a trainer for about 1 1/2 hours and then 2 times a week I take a cardio class (45 min)- is that ok while TTC or should I be changing my workout?
Also should I tell my trainer that we are TTC or does it not matter? I am kind of hestitant to tell her because my best friend also goes to her and we arent telling anyone that we are ttc

Re: Working out?
It is def ok to workout while TTC.
I got my BFP while still working out. I did pilate reformers 2x a week, running 2x a week and free weights.

Re: Working out?
i told my trainer we are ttc cause i was worried...she put me at ease and just said if i get a bfp...we might change the positions with weight training...
you just have to tell her to promise not to spread the word if she is a friend of yours :) gl!!

I wouldn't change anything until you get your BFP. Working out can only help you!

Agree! The first cycle I was TTC I was nervous to do anything too high-impact in the 2WW. Well here I am months later still not pregnant...and had gained a few lbs in the process. Now I'm back on track and decided I'm not making any changes to my routine until I get a BFP.

I agree - it's a great stress release, and keeps your BMI under control. Since estrogen is stored in excess body fat, working out can actually help regulate your cycles. I would mention TTC to your trainer though.
