Pain in One Boob??
I have a sharp/throbbing pain in just my left boob. Nipple isn't sore at all. It's more of a deep pain sort of towards the underside. Could this be an O symptom? CD 20 and still no but I have had EWCM today and yesterday. (Also had EWCM earlier in cycle for two days around CD 12 and 13).

I don't know if pain in one boob is a sign of ovulation. But the ewcm is a very good sign!

I don't know if its necessarily unrelated. I just haven't heard of it as one of the "for sure" symptoms.
I hope it means something for you though

I had this a few months back and actually thought i had a cyst that I couldn't feel (I have rather large boobs lol). I went to the dr. and she said that sometimes if your hormone levels flair due to late ovulation this can happen. I had a postive OPK 3 days after (CD 25). Hope this helps :)

This actually helps very much! I'm at CD 20 and STILL haven't ovulated so that makes perfect sense, thank you so much!
