Would this be a stupid idea...
My friend registered for the mobile that goes with her bedding from PBK. I love love love Riley's Tiny Love mobile. I think it's one of the must haves and it has been such a lifesaver. I really wanted to get this for my friend. Stupid idea or no?

I think its a great idea! I wish someone had gotten me a better mobile than the one that came w/the crib bedding...those ones SUCK!

i think it's a good idea - BUT think back to your shower. when people did NOT stick to the registry - did you get upset? many, many people do, understandably....(i don't remember honestly if you did)
if you do - i would put a note in it as to WHY you varied from what she wanted...but be sure to let her know if she wants the one she wants - here is the receipt and no offense will be taken - ya know???

Hmmm I wouldn't say upset but I'd kinda laugh cuz sometimes they'd buy me something that was similar to my registry (like a different activity mat or crib soother than the one I registered for), and that just showed me they didn't look, is all.
Thanks Jess- that's what I figured I'd do anyway. I feel bad though cuz I bought it at BBB and I know that's a trek for her if she wants to return it...
