Not ttc related-Anyone trying to sell their home?
We've been trying to sell our 2 bedroom co-op for almost a year now! We've had interest and an offer but than nothing moves further! I'm getting so frustrated and just needed to vent. Sorry.

Times are rough, have you thought about lowering your price to attract more buyers?

Thank you. We lowered to below what we paid for and to be lower than some of other listings. My realtor actually called an hour ago and someone is coming to look at it. Fingers crossed!
