Confused- what happened?
I had positive OPK Sunday and Monday...and my temp was 97.3 both days and today I woke up and it was 97.3 AGAIN! I thought I would have O'd last night and that my temperature would rise. Was it supposed to rise today or is it supposed to rise tomorrow?
Also- I got terrible sleep...woke up maybe every hour... Im just disappointed my temps didnt change- now Im worried I didnt O eventhough I had cramps for 2 days off and on.
Please help Im starting to get disappointed and Im thinking maybe I didnt O at all

I think your interrupted sleep may have something to do with it. But also, you may O today since you had a positive yesterday. Don't stress about it! I'm sure your body is doing what it's supposed to!
