2WW Question

During 2WW, I obviously stay away from alcohol but what else do you make sure not to have?

I eat cold cuts normally everyday for lunch, I've tried to limit that but have still eaten some. Is that a big deal??

I was wondering this other day.
for me personally i don't really change anything except try to lower my caffiene intake since i hear that too much caffiene affects implantation. and not drink as much as i normally do. for example instead of having 3 glasses of wine on saturday i may only have 1 if its a saturday during the 2ww.

Ya i don't change much either..like the others said...instead of getting bombed this weekend I'll stick to a glass of wine but other than that I don't change

When I TTC the first time I avoided everything during 2WW. When it took a while I became frustrated and stopped doing that. "Acting" pregnant every month for two weeks was adding to my stress. When I finally conceived I had drank at a bachelorette party, ate sushi and had raw oysters all the week before I found out! My DR laughed and said "no problem, just don't do it again." My DD is 17 months old and perfect.

This makes me feel a little better. AF came on halloween but I still have a little feeling that just maybe I still might be preg (might just be really hopeful wishing though) but I didn't drink on halloween just in case. And now I was wondering if I couldn't drink the whole time that we were trying? But it seems like it might be ok until you find out for sure.

I haven't changed much at all... but for some reason I'm eating more tuna than usual so that needs to stop!

I see a chiropractor and during the 2WW i dont get the stim sessions - he said its probably ok but he prefers to be on the safer side.

Otherwise i dont do anything different.

I did not change a thing during the 2WW.
Now, prior to TTC I just cut back on my high mercury fish intake (this was a personal decision) and made sure to take all of my vitamins including a folic acid supplement (by doctors orders). Those two changes continued throughout my 2WW.
Other wise my doctor told me to live my life as usual because you dont know how long it will take to get your positive and you do not want to drive yourself nuts increasing your stress level.

I didn't do anything diffrent but DID try to cut down on caffeine. OH that's was hard!

I am taking my last bcp in a week actually so technically, we have not even officially started. BUT .. my dr told me I can drink, smoke, use drugs, WHATEVER.. .until I get my BFP He said basically live life normally until I get a positive test and that's what I plan on doing!

(umm, fyi, I rarely drink, never smoked, and never used drugs either)
