Another prenatals post, lol..... How long until.........
So, I know prenatals are supposed to help your hair and nails.... I'm wondering how long it takes to see the effect.
I'm trying to grow my hair longer

I'm not really sure, but they really do make a difference. I took acrylics off my nails that I had on for probably 4 or 5 years and my nail girl was amazed at how well they looked when we took them off and how quickly they regained strength. My hair also grows really quickly and is super shiny. My friend told me she still takes prenatals even after giving birth to 2 kids because they are great vitamins.

I can't really say. I've been taking prenatals since June (so that's about 5 months now) and haven't really noticed any changes. My nails have always been very healthy and I'm in huge need of a haircut (lol) so I just always wear it up & can't tell what's going on there.

I never noticed them doing anything on their own however.........being pregnant and on prenatals, now that's a combo!!! Long thick hair, nice nails, and for me.......I got these INSANELY long lush eyelashes. I miss those!!
