Two ladies and a gentleman!

Well, that was an embarassing walk home...
Each day my 2.5 year old DD and I walk 2 1/2 blocks to my older DD's school to pick her up from pre-k. Since she's 2, each day presents its own unique set of challenges during the walk to and from.   Many people stop, smile and sometimes comment because DD looks like a real character--and she is. 
But today, was the ultimate. A nice woman smiles and waves at her on the way home and in a loud voice she questions "Who that weird lady waving at me??!!!" Oh lord...
Then--not 30 seconds later--two women are walking toward us and I've seen them on their way to the school several times. One comments to the other regarding my girls, "Those TWO are so cute..." Then our dear Abby overhears her, stops in her tracks, turns around and announces, "I not cute and I not a TUNA!!!!!!!!!!"
God help me...
