When do you sign up for the hospital tour?
I am only 23 weeks but wanted to know when I should sign up? I am delivering at Stony Brook.

I'm not at Stony Brook but, I signed up 2 weeks ago and got the first available appt for 11/14.
ETA - Signed up at 30 weeks and am going @ 35 weeks (my hospital only has weekend tours and the earliest one was already full - they only take 8 people at a time).

good question, my dr said he would take us and i kind of just assumed he would tell us when to make the appt.

I signed up around 23 weeks for a hospital tour at the end of December. We wanted a weekend tour and there were a lot less.
ETA: I will be 34 weeks when I go for the tour.

It doesn't hurt to call now. When I was preggo with DD I wasn't able to go on a hospital tour because they were all booked up! Not that it mattered in the end, but it would have been nice to see everything beforehand.

We went this past weekend at almost 32 weeks (NSUH - Manhasset). I signed up about a month before.
