 infant car seat
was wondering how long your baby was able to fit in the infant car seat before switching to the convertible?
  TIA!

 Re: infant car seat
My daughter is 6 1/2 mos. and still using the Snugride. She's 26 inches now, and I think that's the limit.

 Re: infant car seat
Emily is 5.5 months and over 17 lbs and we are still using the graco snug ride. she still fits in it although it's getting wayyy too heavy so we need to buy the regular seat soon. ours says 23 lbs 29 inches on the side for the maximum height/weight.

 Re: infant car seat
She probably could have made it another month maybe less in the Graco for length but we switched to the Britax this weekend. She is 6 months old today.

Bella is the same...I have the Peg Perego and the limit is 27 inches (although the new ones are 29 inches...grrrrrrrrrrrrrr) We are still using and I will be sad when we have to switch, but she is getting HEAVY!

 Re: infant car seat
we did at about 7 months - 29 inches!!! We pushed as much as we could out of it (with our ped's approval - and he actually said we could go longer, but it was getting too heavy)
