Controlling PMS
Does anyone have any tips on controlling PMS? The time between when I ovulate and get AF is so rough. My boobs swell and I am so anxious.
I'm really going to watch my diet this month but what else can I do?

Re: Controlling PMS
for the anxiety, I would exercise. When I was anxious before the wedding, I would walk in my neighborhood or use the tredmill to blow off some steam. It definitely helped.

Re: Controlling PMS
Exercise helps me too. And it helps with cramps, mood swings, and helps prevent that general fat-azz feeling right before AF. Not a fan of exercise? Creative outlets can help reduce anxiety: writing, cooking, drawing, etc.
Feel free to FM me if you need to rant - I'm going through the same thing.

Re: Controlling PMS
I agree with pp, exercise does help. I also get bad pms symptoms and my dr told me to increase my calcium intake. I definitely noticed a difference. Less bloating and boobs not as sore or huge.
