What do you have? What do you like/dislike? Do you have more than one? How long does the older one stay in the stroller? thanks for any info!

We have the Phil and Ted Sport Buggy and we LOVE it. It's a bltch to fold with the doubles kit, but it handles like a single stroller.
My kids are 17 months apart.

I've heard that one is great. Is it heavy?

I used a regular sit and stand. Got more than 2 years use out of it (until my kids were 2 and 4). Very valuable to me.

We have the Bumbleride Indie Twin - I LOVE it. My boys are 18.5 mos apart.
I plan to add a sit and stand in the Spring once DS #1 is older than 2 (he's too young for it now).

Re: strollers for kids about 2 years apart....
My kids are 2 years apart. I started with the Phil & Ted, which I loved except for the fact that you can't use it with an infant car seat. I then got a sit n stand for times when I wanted to just run in and out somewhere quick and leave the baby in the carseat, but if we were going anywhere for a longer period of time I'd use the P&T. Once my older DS got closer to 3 and I could trust him to walk near me without darting off I went back to my single Pliko P3. I always loved that stroller and my DS was able to ride on the little board on the back if he got tired or in parking lots, crossing the street, etc. My DC are 3.5 and 18 months now and I just got a Maclaren because my older one doesn't really need a stroller anymore.
eta: the P&T is a little heavy, but it's still pretty light for a double stroller. it's super easy to push and maneuver though. it really feels like you're pushing a single and in fact i think it handles even better than my Pliko.
