I always tested at 3 pm. They say your best time is between noon and 8 i believe

I test with FMU also. "They" say it's better to test in the afternoon because thats when the LH surge happens, but many women test in the morning and get their positive OPKs. I have to test in the morning because I can't hold in peeing long enough for an accurate result in the afternoon.

My RE said to test anytime from 7 a.m to noon with first or second urine of the day.
i usually test around 7:00 with FMU, just because there's no way i can test at work, and waiting until i get home at night would not guarantee i have 4 hours of non diluted pee in me
