Manicures......
I posted this a few weeks ago on the beauty board but didn't get a solid answer....
So.......
I would like to get wraps, or perm. french like I did last winter. I just find it so much easier since I normally go for manicures every week and it's so cold and sometimes annoying to get my butt over there in the winter 
Are these safe to have while TTC and pregnant? Does anyone know? I may post this on the pregnancy board too.... just wondering if I can get any solid answers on here first

not sure about being PG bc of the fumes, but i dont see why not while ttcing...

yea, they're just expensive to get put on and annoying to take off... so I would only do it if it was safe while pregnant 
The woman at my salon says it's fine but of course she is interested in the steady cash flow of those high maintenance wraps!

yeah that makes sense. i think i had taken mine off when i first got PG with DS to be safe. plus your nails grow soooo fast and get so strong while PG that you would have to get fill-ins way too often!!

I had been wondering about this as well. I have had my nails wrapped (or tips) for FOREVER!! This past week I was due to take off the wraps and get them redone. I did it this time mostly because I had a gift certificate from my mom. I think this is the last time I am going to do it though. It's going to be super hard though- my nails are so weak!!!
