does it normally takes most women months to get prego when 1st coming off bc?

My doc told me it normally takes women 6 to 9 months to get PG. But every woman is different. Some get PG right away, and it can take months or even years for others.

Everyone is different. My one friend got pregnant the 1st month off, another the third month off, where I am about 8 months off and still nothing  ... so it all depends.

I think it's supposed to take anywhere from 6 - 12 months to get pregnant. Of course it can happen anytime, but thats the 'normal' time.
Some women get preggo right away, some don't. And i don't think it has anything to do with if they were on BC or not.

I got pg the third cycle off bc and I was on it for like 12 years. A lot of women get pg the first cycle!

You CAN get pregnant your first cycle off BC or within a couple of months. But there is no guarantee by any means and the "norm" for a couple with no fertility problems is 6 months to a year. You can up your chances by learning how your body works, tracking your ovulation date, and timing BD to coincide with your O date.
