Bleeding gums?
I just brushed my teeth and spit out a mouthful of blood. Is bleeding gums a symptom? I never have this happen!!!

I remember reading somewhere it's a symptom. I had bleeding gums before my BFP. Good luck!

Yes! My gums were bleeding every time I brushed before I got my BFP.

Your gums become more sensitive when you are pg. I think it is because the blood vessels are closer the surface, but I could be mistaken. I know that my dentist told me that you are more susceptible to gum issues while pg too.
To the OP, this is a sign, it was a sign for me for each of my pregnancies. Just make sure you weren't brushing too hard though, bc you could be tricking yourself. (I did once   )

I heard it is due to the increase of hormones in your system, that it attributes to gum sensitivity.

This happened to me about a week or two following my BFP. So i guess it could be an early sign.
My gums were always so sore and bleeding amd just hurt.

Same here. Major issues with them. I would drink oj and they would swell and hurt. I brush my teeth and they bled.
