Cramping from BD???
So im experience some cramping the past few days - i know ive read alot of people experience this when they get BFP ..BUT... im not even sure i O'd yet - i was thinking it would be this week and so far my temps havent shown i did (im not using OPK's yet but am planning next month)
so anyway the only other thing i can think of is from all the BD we are doing??? DH and I dont really BD much normally but have been this week since i was expecting O
Has anyone experience this before?

Thanks! Im wondering if im releasing an egg - sometimes i get those pinchy pains but this has been days so it doesnt look like that would be it

Im not sure, but I think our minds play games with us, we are all just hoping to feel something... so it could be your ovulating.

Im also worried it could be something else - Im on CD19 and my temps dont show me O'ing yet (previous months were days 15 & 17) - i know its normal to have a delayed O sometimes - but the cramps make me worried that something is wrong. I have an OB appt on tues so i'll check with dr
