pity party over

The fact that this month wasn't our month was really upsetting to me, mostly because now we're taking a break until at least Jan to avoid be due right around my brother's wedding. It's not that far away, but it still seems like an eternity b/c I'm so ready to be pregnant!

This weekend I partied like a rock star, because, well, I could. I joked to DH that I was having my own little pity party.
But today, I woke up feeling differently and I'm seeing these next few months as a chance to really take care of myself.
I'm not exactly out of shape, but I haven't been too consistent with my workouts and eating habits. So I'm vowing to use this time to get healthier.

I'm a lifetime WWer and I'm planning to start tracking again to get back to my goal weight and aiming for 4-5 workouts a week. I'd also like to be more consistent with running, which I was doing up until July or so.

Just wanted to share and if anyone's in a similar boat, feel free to join me!

I am sorry that this was not your month - lots of for January. While I am not officially TTC (we are going to try in the new year), I am taking this time to take care of me also. I want to be in shape and loose weight before I get my BFP. I want to be prego so bad, but i also know that I am very self-conscience and I don't want to add prego weight onto what I already am!
