Can someone please explain OPT or OPK??

Im just confused on when to actually start testing and how many times a week to test.... sorry Im just so confused

And if you get a + from OPK, since it means you'll O in 12-36 hrs...does that mean that you BD that night too or you just wait for the next night?

Depending on how long your cycle is, would tell you when to start testing. Usually the box tells you when to start testing.

And you test every day until you get a positive.

What I do when I get a positive. We BD that night, and 2 days after, one day off, and one day for goodluck

Since this month I come off of BC, do you think I should wait a month and just temp and NOT take an OPT... In order to see how long my cycle actually is?
