Did anyone gain weight...
...when they came off BC? I know they say it's a possible side effect when you go on it but I wasnt sure if it was a also a possibility when you came off. If so that would explain 10 lbs. in 2 months.

I was just discusiing this with BFF last night, she started pill in March & has gained 10 lbs. since she started taking it.

I haven't weigh myself lately but I feel like I gain a few pounds. Although I think the lack of excercize has a lot to do with it. During my 2WW I just sit on the couch and watch TV.

In the first month after I came off BC I gained 10 lbs. And it showed.

now that im off BC i feel like i was bloated for the 12 years i was on it.
i pretty much lost 5lbs the minute i went off of it.

For the girls that did gain weight, did your body ever go back down to what your were while on BC? I mean on its own not with the help of dieting and more excersizing. Or did you just stay that weight from then on?
