BRU registry issue

I'd heard of this happening, and now it's happening to me - I found out that my MIL ordered my high chair online today, but it's not showing up as being purchased on the registry. How can this get resolved? This is why so many people end up with duplicates from BRU and then have problems with returns because they require a receipt, right? Frustrating! Should she call the store or something?

You can call the 800 number or she can call & ask them to correct it.

I was able to update my own registry on BRU. When I sign in, I went to the item that was purchased and update it. I was able to update the rockers I got and a couple of other items. The only things I couldn't update were the clothes....

Thanks, I called the number and they updated it as being "purchased." So annoying though, I hope that's not the case with other stuff I don't know about.

you can update and edit your registry online.

Just go online on your registry and mark it received. You can always return duplicates. Honestly, I registered there and I didn't receive any duplicates where people had purchased at BRU. The only dupes I got were from people who bought from other stores, because the items were cheaper.
