New to the boards...
Hello ladies...I'm new to the LIF boards. I have been on the LIW boards since January and was recently married in September. DH and I just started TTC this week!! This board is a little overwhelming and the lingo is sooo different so please bare with me as I get used to everything.

Welcome and lots of luck to you!
If you look at the green bar towards the top of the page, you can click on "Chat" and then "Chat Lingo" to see some of the abbreviations. Some of the commonly used ones are:
BD - baby dance (aka have sex)
CM - cervical mucus
EWCM - egg white cervical mucus
CD# - cycle day number
DPO - days past ovulation
LP - luteal phase (time between when you ovulate and when your period arrives)
AF - aunt flo (aka period)
O - ovulate
TTC - trying to conceive (duh, lol)
There are others, but those are the ones I can think of quickly.

You'll start to catch onto the lingo.... if you dont know what something is, go to the Chat file and then click Chat lingo
...Im still learning the lingo... but dont worry- you'll get it
