BD schedule...

For my AF - I always say my first heavy day is day 1 - but my gyno counts the day before (the lighter day) as day 1.

I went to see him this month b/c I am thinking I may not be ovulating right... he told me to BD day 12, 14, and 16 only! Which I thought was a small amount of BD - but anyway...

So my question is - do you think it will be a HUGE deal if I go by my cycle days - I mean it is only 1 day off... but my calendar would be better to BD with DH working nights and stuff...

I know it sounds so minor and such a silly question - but sometimes you need reassurance.

ok this is my totally nonmedical opinion. but i think as long as you BD in the RANGE where you are probably O, and its every other day that leaves plenty of time to build up the reserves

I think your schedule is fine. It is only a days difference. I say give it a try, and if nothing in a month or so, then try using the day after as cd 1 like the doctor said.
