Is anybody else having a problem going #2
I feel like ever since I've been taking the pre baby vitamin's I've been having a problem with going to the bathroom. (it's tar like)

Also I think I'm out for this months AF is due the first and I think I'm spotting but it's a pinkisk color instead of my regular brownish???

My Friend complains about the same thing!!!!! I have been taking GNC prenatal and all I notice is my hairs is growing like weeds! HTH

you might want to ask your ob to prescribe a prenatal vit for you that has some stool softner in it.

i don't know if mine does, but i've had no problems going #2...

Def. tell your OB, they can prescribe you a better one, that won't have that affect. I don't seem to be having that problem with the target prenatals thought, thank goodness, because that happened last time I did!

I had issues for about 2 weeks after I started taking the prenatals and then everything was fine.
I'd consider changing brands.

maybe switch to one with out Iron- that can bind you up and give you really loud farts

I don't have a problem but I think my pre-natals come with a stool softener. Can you try switching brands? Some brands have stool softener already in it.

It is defin the Iron in the vit's. I take rainbow lights and haven't had a problem going #2. If anything I think I am going too much

I don't have that problem with the prenatals I am taking now but before I was TCC-ing I would take One a Day Multivitamin and had the same problem. It is the iron that is constipating. A stool softener helped me.

I'm sure everything is fine -- I would up the fiber if I were you just to help...ahh...move things along

Try one without Iron maybe? Regular vitamins always make me constipated but my prenatals don't. You could also increase your water intake or fiber and that may help.

ETA: No sense in being embarrassed! Constipation is a CONSTANT complaint among pregnant women. So is discharge, bbs, peeing our pants, and spotting. We let it ALL hang out there as pregnant ladies.
