is this true about BD.....
we are TTC and a friend told me not to do it everyday in case i get pregnant one time if i do it again its bad  is this really true? we were planning on BD almost everyday to increase our chances....my cyles are never the same so i cant count on knowing the days i really ovulate

BDing everyday won't effect anything if you conceive. don't worry!
the more you BD, the better your chances!
my ob told us to BD every other day starting from day 9 to day 19.
some men's sperm count may not be as strong if they don't have time to recouperate if they do it every day.
if your DH is healthy, then doing it every day should not be a problem.

If you do conceive, BDing again will NOT affect anything so don't worry about that.
Some say to BD every other day to increase your chances, but this is usually only recommended if your DH is known to have sperm issues. If everything is ok, then you can go ahead and BD every day througout your fertile time and there shouldn't be any issues.
