question about O timing
In the past, when i've done OPK's, i test until i get a smiley or double lines, then i don't test any further (i figure why would i, i got a positive)
I've always assumed that the day i saw the positive, was either the day or the day before i would actually O.
The info on the packaging always says that positive indicates that you will O in 24 to 36 hours.
So, for some reason this month, i tested again after i got a positive. I got the double lines on Monday, then i decided to test again on Wednesday.
So... my question is, how do i know when i actually O'd? (and therefore, how many DPO's i would be at any point)
make sense?

I always test a second day after I get a positive and most months I get positives 2 days in a row. I assume that I O within a day from the second positive (+Mon, +Tues then O on Wed). This is usually pretty accurate for me b/c I temp to confirm O date as well.
