Question as per DH's request? possible TMI
So last night when we BD (still a little early for us but just in case don't want to miss it) DH freaked out that all the sperm/semen fell out of me. Now realistically I stayed lying down for at least 20 mins after. So he says you better go on there (LIF's) & ask those other girls if it matters.  So he wants to know does it matter that it leaks out? Will we still get pregnant? I tried to explain to him that the speed at which it happens surely does the job, but he just doesn't buy it. I am going to have to make him what that movie they show you in hs health class. So please humor him opinions please!
btw: does anyone else experience a lot of "stuff" leaking out after BD?  and if so how to manage to keep the sheets clean. I feel like I have to change them all the time after we BD.

Everybody is a little different so if you leak more then some no worries, may be DH has a big load

I've learned that its the semen that's coming out and the sperm still get where they need to go. Happens pretty often for me too so I just am careful afterwards.

A lot comes out of me also. The good sperm get where they need to go. It's just the semen and "dead" sperm that leak out. We usually put a towel underneath to keep the bed clean.

Happens to me all the time, I keep a box of tissues near me now lol
Theres not much you can do unless you stand upside down!

We keep a box of tissues by the bed, and as soon as he pulls out, i use the tissues to keep anything from leaking out on the sheets.
i too have heard that the 'good' sperm basically stays inside as soon as it comes out of him, and that what leaks out is semen and 'extra' stuff. I wouldn't worry too much about losing any of the good guys! they're trained to swim up
As old as i am, i sometimes think i could use a refresher on the high school movie basics too!

This might be TMI. If DH pulls out right after then I leak. If he stays put for a few minutes I hold it better. or at least till I pee then it comes out.
