I'm sure this is going to sound bad but I am getting really worried that I am becoming obsessed with TTC. This is going to be our first month of actual "trying" and I'm so afraid that if I don't get a BFP this first time around that I will be so disappointed. I tend to get a little too "head over heels" with things and I'm starting to notice that I have baby on the brain A LOT! I can't really discuss it too much with DH because this is exactly what he didn't want to happen so I feel like it's eating me up inside. I know that it can take time and a lot of waiting so please just send some prayers my way that I will have the patience and serenity to not turn my life upside down. - Oh and I'll take a little baby dust too if it's not too much to ask

Good luck with TTC this month! Just remember that even if you time everything perfectly, you may not get pregnant the first month. Only about 20-25% of couples who do everything right, get pregnant the first month. Of course, I hope you are one of the 20-25%!!!

This was my first month trying too and I feel the EXACT same way!!! It is difficult to say "when it happens it happens" when you have a nerve wracking 2ww to go through! My cycle is all out of wack so I realized I didn't even try when I was supposed to because I didn't have my usual 28 day cycle! I bought a box of the OPK's to try and increase my chances!!! Good luck!!!!

I hope that this is a short and sweet stay for you! We are all here for advice, venting and all that good stuff!

It definitely becomes obsessive. Its because it's something you really want that you don't have that much control over! This is a great spot to vent!
