Off BCP and now...

My face wont STOP breaking out I have more face cleaners then CVS Nothing seems to be working?!?!? I feel like I am either really dry or really oily Does anyone have any miracle advise??? TIA!!

Ever try those biotin and/or hair/skin/nails vitamins? I used to take them all the time. The ones Andrew Lessman sells on HSN.com. They worked great. They just get expensive.

Though they definitely have cheaper varieties in drugstores.

ugh i am in the same boat.. i HATE it.

my dermatologist told me to use anything with 10% benzoyl peroxide. also salicylic acid works for some people (not me personally).

my derm said there was nothing more he could do since i am TTC. he said nothing else is really safe for TTC or for pregnancy.

I actually just went to the derm today and spoke with him. He wrote me a prescrip for face wash and a topical - he said with TTC he doesn't want to give me pills to take. But also he gave me shots of cortisone and I got that at 6 and all of the bumps went down!! He said that anytime I have a flair up to come in for shots - they were safe to get even while being prego!! Good Luck to you and I will let you know how the face wash works out
