Yet another OPK question...
I know Im always asking about OPK's....
Is it ok to use FMU? I know i have to wait at least 4 hours from the last time but I didnt know if it was ok to use it or if I should wait till later in the day.

Some women have reported successfully getting their + OPK results with FMU. However, I have seen it in a number of places where they say that LH metabolizes in your urine about 4-6 hours AFTER you wake up, so it's best to test in the early afternoon - evening after you have held your pee for about 4 hours.

I use FMU only because i can't hold it that long - it's uncomfortable. And even if i could, i can't go w/o drinking that long either. I get dehydrated too quickly (i'm weird, i know). I still got a + tho.... or at least what LOOKED like a + OPK (yes, now that i'm in my 2WW, i'm beginning to question EVERYTHING. lol.)
