Short AF?
The other day I posted about how happy I was that I ovulated and got my period on my first cycle not on BC. Well, AF came and went in 3 days! That's shorter than it was before BC and during BC. Is something wrong? Or is my body adjusting??
I'm all nervous now because DH and I want to try this cycle since I'm a teacher.
Anyone else deal with this or know more about this??

Mine have been short since stopping BC also. I was always 5 days before and while I was taking BC. My first cycle was 2 1/2 days of spotting and 3 days of flow. This month was 2 days of flow and then 1 day of light spotting. I'm chalking it up to my body adjusting to being off BC.

My cycles are only usually three days long. I have been off BC for about three years. I don't think it is anything to worry about. You could always ask your doctor if your concerned.

Mine shortened also I went from full 7 days to barely 3.

For me, AF definitely got shorter after coming off BCP...it used to be 5-6 days, now it is about 3.

i am the same as you, exactly...
this is weird... WHY do we all seem to be having shorter AF's after bcp??? i wonder if people who haven't taken bcp also eventually start getting shorter periods as well? what could be causing this, and should we be concerned???
