What do you use when you POAS?

I use the Dollar Tree ones because they're only $1 so I don't feel bad wasting them when I POAS 4 times in the 2WW. I also have digitals on reserve for when/if we get a BFP so I can confirm it.

The dollar store by me is usually out (sexy party time in my town!!). I had been stalking the shelves for a while, looking at pricing before it was my time to stock up. I get them from early-pregnancy-test.com because the prices are really good (92 cents or less) and free same day (meaning they send it out on the same day that you order it) shipping on all orders over 14.95

I have always and probably will continue to just test with the digitals only. I know many of you girls think its a waste of money but Id rather get a definitive answer then wonder if Im seeing lines....JMO

I don't think it's just about wasting money - the digital tests are not AS sensitive as the line tests (although I did post one test that says you can test up to 5 days sooner). So for some women that want to get a result as SOON as possible, you could get a + HPT at 9DPO with a line test, but you might have to wait until around 12DPO or longer for a digital to show.

right now all i have are Clearblue digitals in the house, but normally I also have First Response 'line' tests as well. I've never tried the Dollar Tree brand, but maybe I should.

I have used the FRER 1 day before my missed period (even though it says you can use it up until 5 days before) and I got absolutely nothing; not even the tiniest shadow for a line. 2 days later I used CBE digital and I got a +. So for me personally, I just prefer the digitals. I also dont POAS unless Im close to or past my period. Plus, after what Ive been through, I dont want any doubt or guessing games.

I always say that I try to wait it out until the day after AF is due. Then I reward myself with a digital. Sometimes it is tricky b/c my cycles can be as short as 28 days and as long as 36 days. I usually will count 14-16 days from O, and go by that. I may be stocking up on some dollar tree tests soon just so I can POAS and not feel bad about it.

I don't have a preference.
With my first pregnancy a FRER gave me a negative the day of my expected period, and a digital one later that night gave me a positive.
With my next pregnancy, I went straight for the digital and it gave me a positive 2 days before AF was due.
With my 3rd pregnancy, I got a positive about 2 days before AF with a Target brand, and used a FRER to confirm it.
So, I just buy whats on sale
