OPK help
Tomorrow I'm testing...do I hold my urine for 2 or 4 hours before doing it???
I can't drink for 2 -4 hours before? someone just clarify so I feel more at ease...thank u ladies!!!

I usually hold it in for 2 hours and get an accurate reading...just dont drink anything for a couple of hours before.

They do recommend that you hold your pee for about 4 hours before testing - so that the LH hormone shows in your urine.
