Taking Charge of Your Fertility is often recommended around here (you may have seen "TCOYF" on some threads). It's very detailed and informative.

Yeah, I second that....it has everything in it. You can get it for pretty cheap on Amazon.

I will also recommend that book 
I am planning to order it so I have a copy of my own but I have browsed through it in Barnes and Noble (cheaper on Amazon though!! FYI!) ...... and it looks SO full of information!
At first I was thinking I'd give TTC a go on my own without the book, but I feel like regardless it's just so filled with useful knowledge! Very interesting and easy to understand!
