FHA and buying a condo
DH and I are considering buying a condo as our first place. We have money saved up but not enough for 20% down on a 3BR place. Does anyone know if there are restrictions for an FHA loan? If we qualified and got an FHA loan would we be able to use that for buying the condo?

I bought my condo with an FHA and I think I needed 3.5% down.
