so I know that once you get a + OPK, it is typically 12-36 hours before ovulation. When should once BD when they get a +?

If you get a positive I'd BD that day, the next day and the day after that.

Sperm can live for a few days so 3-4 days is plenty

Definitely do NOT skip the day after you get your + OPK since you may ovulate that day and the egg is only viable for 6-12 hours after it is released. So if you DO ovulate that day and the sperm from BD the day before don't make it, then you could miss out.

So I would:

+ OPK, BD that day
BD
BD

And if you're observing your CM, BD whenever you have EWCM (which will usually be the day or few days before you get your + OPK).
