CD 1 (TMI)
I am confused about what CD 1 is for me? Last night I thought AF was here for sure. Well she wasn't really, I used a light tampon and there was barely nothing on it when I went to bed. I didn't use anything went to bed, and woke up to AF for real, cramps and everything. So my question is what do I consider Day 1 yesterday or today? I am leaning towards today being Day 1 as last night I did even have spotting, just a little pink when checking CM.
