Apt complexes in western suffolk
My folks are considering moving but want to move closer to Nassau without being in Nassau.
Are there some complexes in Hauppauge, Farmingdale or the south shore western suffolk?
Their rent is so cheap but I'm thinking maybe with the market being on the soft side these complexes may offer some incentives.

There are 3 or 4 really nice complexes on Vets Hwy in Hauppuage (between old willets path and motor parkway)

DH's dad & s/mom live in South Shore Commons in Babylon. Its really nice. Separate laundry room, nice recreational room. Its located close to everything.

I lived in Stratford Greens (now Devonshire Hills) in Hauppauge. I had no complaints. Great location, large apartment (we had a 2 bedroom), decent rent.

does the 2 bedroom have 2 baths? Is there laundry in the apt?

Our 2 bedroom had 1.5 baths. No laundry in the apartment but laundry rooms.
I believe in the original Devonshire part of the complex you could have laundry in the apartment. I also believe that they have apartments with 2br/2ba.
