Question about figuring out DPO!
If I got a smiley  on my OPK Friday (7/17), when do I say that I am DPO 1?

i usually just assume i O'd the day after, so on sunday you'd be 1DPO. today is 2DPO

Ok, thanks! I wasn't sure if there was an exact science to it, lol!
not really! most women O anywhere from 12 to 36 hours after a positive reading on an OPK - although it could be 48 hours or even 3 days later, but from what i've read, that's rare.
