FF question
Hi. Hopefully someone can help with this quick question.
Last night AF showed up It was like 9 or 10 pm and it wasn't very heavy but since i was about to go to sleep I used a tampon, but this morning it was full force. Does yesterday count as CD1 or should I count this morning/today as CD1?
I hope someone knows the answer. TIA.

Re: FF question
I've always read that the day that you see any spotting at all - even if it is a tiny bit - is CD 1.

Re: FF question
thanks. I thought it was the first day you need a pad or tampon, and I'm not exactly sure which day that would be. But I will record CD1 as yesterday. Thanks for answering.

Re: FF question
FF says "Your chart starts on the first day of your period. This is the first day that you have red flow (not spotting). This is cycle day one."
I would keep your temps on a pad of paper for now and then once AF leaves, see how long it was. If it lasts for as long as is typical for you including yesterday, then yesterday was CD1. If it's a day longer, today was probably CD1. AF is here for 5 days pretty much always.
If you don't have a typical AF length, I'd count today as CD1.

Re: FF question
I'd count today as day 1 based on things I've read.
