Any mommies hate to eat their veggies...
and pass that unfortunate trait onto their child? I was the worst eater as a child and boy is payback a b!tch I do believe DD has picked up on the fact that mommy barely touches her veggies at dinner so therefore they are yucky (her words not mine) Any tips on getting your DC to like food that you don't?

my DD is only 10 weeks old and i've thought about this, I'm really bad -i've only recently started eating pasta sauce, I still hate tomatoes though, lol, I used to swallow peas whole growing up so I couldn't taste them, I hope my DD will take after my husband who likes everything, oh, I can't eat seafood either, yuck, but I will try anything once

No advice, but I worry about this, too.
I hate eggs and only just tired to give them to DS last week (he's 2 ) He wanted no part and I feel he picked up on it.
I am a terrible eater and was picky as a child and now worry so much about DS getting what he needs

I like veggies, but I hate fish. I have thought about it and I really want them to eat fish, so I think I am just gong to suck it up and start eating it, for their sake. And it will be good for me too.

Yes, Ive thought about this since he was in my belly. I forced myself during pregnancy to eat salad, and fruit.
I am a horrible eater, I am trying so hard to make sure the DS eats better than me.

I think about this all the time. DH LOVES veggies, and now makes me eat them with dinner, since he cooks ... I'm learning little by little to like certain things. I'm hoping since DS loves his peas, that he will continue to like them lol

I HATE vegetables! Won't eat ANYYYY
I am hoping DS will not be like me. He does seem to have a preference for fruits and yellow/orange veggies so far. He is not a fan of peas or green beans so far.....I hope he will come around. My diet is crappy....

I would feed dc the veges I like and let DH feed dc the veges they like. Hopefully by time dc decides what he likes, he won't notice that mommy doesn't eat peas and daddy doesn't eat corn.
As far as the fish person - Maybe you should try the fish w/out your dc so they can't see your faces

I hate cooked veggies with the exception of corn, but I love raw veggies. Its funny, I like raw veggies a lot, but I don't have the desire to make salad. DH loves veggies and his mother is a PITA about how important it is for me to make salad every night.

I am not a big vegetable eater at all. What's worse, is DH doesn't eat any vegetables. Already DS doesn't like baby food vegetables, so I think we are in trouble.
