I am an Emtional Eater. Food is the answer to all. Happy, sad, depressed, lonely, mad disappointed you name it food will cure it!!!
I am happy to say that I have really been trying to break this habit and I have not given into since I started on Jan 1, 2006!

I over eat all the time. I love to eat! Unfortunate but true. I exercise by taking karate 3 times a week. And my biggest fault.............I AM AN EMOTIONAL EATER!
 can i have a piece of that cake?  oh and the turkey and wine toooo
