inspection to neg. to contract - how long?
We gave our lawyer (emailed) the inspection report and all paperwork on Wens when do you think he will contact us to go over this so we can go to contract? We want the owners to address certain things before signing a contract and i had emailed that to the lawyer.
I don't want to email him and pester him so figured to see what was normal first.

We gave our attorney our inspection report and had a conversation about what our issues were the same day. He had a call into the seller's attorney that same day. I can't remember how long after that we signed contracts, but I know the whole inspection negotiating process was resolved within a few days.
