Gyno - Suffolk
Hi Ladies,
I just recently moved to Lake Grove and unfortunately, after going to my doctor for 11 years, I have to switch b/c she's in Lake Success and affiliated with North Shore in Manhasset. Since we are TTC, I'd like find a new doctor a bit closer....preferably Smithtown area.
Anyone have any recommendations? I prefer a female doctor, but I'm not going to be picky either....if it's a man and he's great, then I will certainly try!
Thank you!

I go to Three Village Womens Health in East Setauket. There are a few doctors there but Vanessa Soviero is awesome. I think they're all good though. I have a friend who also goes there and she loves her doctor as well. Can't think of her doctor's name though.

Suffolk OBGYN. I used to live by their Port Jeff office, and loved them. I believe they're affiliated with St Charles.

Hi! Some people have posted good reviews about Contemporary Women's Care in Smithtown. There are female and male doctors, and the place is very clean. I have met only with the nurse practioner, but my experience was not the best. FM if you need any information!

I go to personal women's care and absolutely love them. I've seen the NP who is a female, but the DRs are all male. They are right on the corner of Terry and 347... opposite the watermill...

Re: Gyno - Suffolk
I just switched from personal women's care to contemporary women's care and I am so much happier (so far). They were so kind and they went that extra mile. I see Dr. Rubin and she was wonderful. She makes you feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. I had MANY really bad experiences at personal women's care..... Everyone is different... Good luck!

Contemporary WC delivered both of my kids. I am in the healthcare field and am very pleased with my care there. I'm pretty picky too. You can FM me with any questions
