keen h2 sandals for boys

if you got them, where did you get them from...is there an actual store you can buy them at, or just online..

also, what color did you get? My son is a 7 1/2---should I get him a 7? I read that they ran big.

Not sure if you already ordered the Keen's but thought I would share my experience...

I got a pair for DS when REI had them on sale. He is an 8/8 1/2 - I ordered him an 8 and they just barely fit Had to ship them back and exchange for the 9. They actually run on the small side b/c of the closed toe - he has plenty of other sandals in a size 8 that fit just fine.

Nordstroms sells Keens so if you find a better price online - maybe order from there but go try them on at Nordstroms

I just bought a pair for my DD, she's only 2 yrs.

I got them at Zappos.com They have free exchange/return and make it really easy for you. I received them in 3 days when they said it would 7 days.

We LOVE them. My DD can run and I don't have to worry they will get caught on something.

I did see when you go on their website that some Stride Rites have them. The one in Merrick only had boys, which is what you need.

They did run kindof small. My DD is an 8 1/2 and I had to get her the 9. The 8 just fit her, but she would outgrow them before the summer ended.

Sometimes you can find them at Marshalls but it's hit or miss obviously. I got my DS a pair last year for $20 there. They are the best shoes. I don't think they run big, at least not in youth sizes. My DS was a 1 1/2 last year and he wore a 2 all summer. This year he is a 2 and they still fit but they would def be too small if he was a 2 1/2.

I actually read they run big ( I read this on a few threads here and online on review sites)...my son wears a 6 and 1/2 and I got a 6 and they are a tad big on him ( he doesnt have a wide foot though, maybe thats the difference?)

I got them from REI since they were on sale for $28.99 vs the $45+ everywhere else.

We got the navy blue. I love them...
