still going strong at 6.5 months. I'll retire it once DS grows out of the infant seat.

Re: spinoff - when did you retire the snap-n-go?

Sadly I just had to retire mine. Using the Britax convertible seat(rear facing) and my double hjogger is a big PITA when I am by myself. When DH is there its fineChat Icon

Same here. DS is almost 5 months but I think we're going to have to stop using it soon b/c DS is getting awfully long. His feet are about to start hanging over the edge!

Re: spinoff - when did you retire the snap-n-go?

I am still using it at 5.5 months. and they probably won't outgrow the infant seats until they are a year or more, unless they have some kind of huge growth spurt between now and then, but they are starting to get too heavy to carry both of them at the same time. My plan right now is to retire it at the end of the summer, probably when they are around 9 months old.

We still use it occasionally at 10 1/2 months. DD is in the extra large Graco carseat though...

Re: spinoff - when did you retire the snap-n-go?

DS was a peanut and in the snugride for a really long time! We used the snap-n-go for about 10 months. After that he was still in the snugride, but I wanted him to be less confined for walks etc.

It was a sad day to retire it, so easy and light weight!

Re: spinoff - when did you retire the snap-n-go?

I think around 6-7 months when DS got too big for the infant carrier.

I would have used it till my arms gave out if I could!!

Re: spinoff - when did you retire the snap-n-go?

I love the snap n go. DS is 6 months old. He's 17 lbs 3 oz and 26 inches. I'll retire it once he outgrows the infant seat or becomes too heavy to carry in the car seat.

Re: spinoff - when did you retire the snap-n-go?

6.5 months...but I should have done it earlier...DH loves his regular stroller and feel like I sacrificed his enjoyment for my convenience!Chat Icon
