It's Official! We are in contract!
We put the house up for sale (again)may 1, and had offers come in one after the other. (4 in total and was supposedly going to get one more)
we signed contracts May 28!!
we will close as soon as buyers have mortgage.
moving in with my parents 
to save some money and look for a new house in Nassau County!
we actually found something we love already!!
i didn't post anything prior b/c i was so afraid of jinxing it.
